Personal data that we process

Possibly Pixels processes only the personal data which you provide to us yourself. We process the following personal data:

If you register to participate in the project (so not if you only subscribe to the newsletter), we also process other information, such as:

• name
• date of birth
• gender
• phone number
• place of residence
• game experience
• work experience
• portfolio
• are you a person with autism (not required to share)

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Possibly Pixels processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

• data of persons younger than 16 years
• whether you are a person with autism
• contact and personal data such as email, phone number, date of birth, gender, date of birth and place of residence

Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent personal data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us via contact@kingfisher-game.com, and we will delete this information.

Given the nature of our project, we have a special interest in collaborating with people who have autism. When recruiting volunteers, we therefore ask whether the person has autism. This information is completely opt-in and is not required to be shared. If you answer this question, we store this information. This question is not asked of people who only subscribe to the newsletter.

If you register to participate in the project, we also ask for personal data. In that case, we need this information to determine which candidates are suitable to participate in the project and to be able to contact them. We ensure that we only store necessary information: for example, a phone number is optional, and we only ask for the municipality rather than the full address. This information is not requested from people who only subscribe to the newsletter.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Possibly Pixels processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter and/or promoting our game
• Recruiting volunteers who want to contribute to the game

How long we retain personal data

Possibly Pixels does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention period for the following (categories of) personal data: 3 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Possibly Pixels does not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Possibly Pixels, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization specified by you.

You can send a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to contact@kingfisher-game.com. We will respond as quickly as possible, but at the latest within two weeks. Possibly Pixels would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority. How we secure personal data

Possibly Pixels takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
